Can I choose a longer shipping method to save money?

If you live in an area that is farther away than our one day shipping zone, we will only use a method to keep the package in transit up to 2 days.  This is because after 2 days, the product would be in transit too long, causing a high likelihood of spoilage.
Depending on  your area, UPS 2 day can either be via Ground or 2nd day air.
