Can I add or delete products from my order after I have placed it?

Yes! We can help you add or remove products from your order as long as the request (and if needed, payment for an add-on) is made before 2:00 PM on the scheduled shipping day.

Please note that we do not store payment information, so any additional items added to your order will need to be paid for over the phone with a credit card.

If you are removing items and your order total falls below our $199 free shipping minimum, you will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges. We recommend keeping this in mind when making changes to your order.
