What if there is a problem with my order en route?

It is possible for products to slightly defrost during shipping, which is normal. You can re-freeze Fossil Farms products if you are not going to cook items immediately, which will maintain the integrity of our products. The temperature in the shipping box should be 40 degrees or less (as cold as your refrigerator). This is considered a safe temperature for consumption and will not compromise the quality of the product.
If you receive a box that has an internal temperature of 41 degrees or higher, or the packages are warm to the touch, please contact us as soon as possible via email, customerservice@fossilfarms.com. or call our office, 973-917-3155. Please take pictures of the inside and outside of the box, as well as pictures of all products; we will need these pictures to start the process. Our Customer Service Department is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
Fossil Farms will ship anywhere in the United States. We urge you to double check your address and zip code when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee any refunds, after your order has shipped, due to incorrect address. The customer will be responsible for any new shipments. Any claims for shortage, damage or condition will not be honored unless the problem has been reported to Fossil Farms within 24 hours upon the receipt of the product. We will replace your item on the next shipping day.
