• Can I add a message to my gift card?

  Yes! Once you purchase the gift card, you'll receive an email with the gift card details.  You can forward that email to the recipient along with whatever message you'd like, or you can print the gift card and put it in a letter or greeting card.

• Can I buy a gift card along with products in the same order?

  Yes, you can add both gift cards and products to your online order!

• Can I get a gift card instead of a refund?

  Absolutely! In the event we have to refund your order for any reason, you may request that refund in the form of an e-gift card!  The great thing about the e-gift cards is that they never expire!

• Can I get a refund for a gift card?

  We can only refund gift cards that have not been used. We cannot refund partially used gift cards.

• Can I use a gift card with a sale or shipping promotion?

  Yes, you can use a gift card with any of our sales or promotions.

• Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?

  Yes, you can use multiple gift cards for an order.

• Can I use my e-gift card in the retail store?

  Yes, an electronic gift card purchased on our website can be used in our retail store as well.

• Can I use my physical gift card to buy something online?

  In order to use the gift card online, you must call customer service at 973-917-3155 to have it converted to an e-gift card.

• Can you mail gift cards?

  Our gift cards are delivered electronically, so we do not mail physical gift cards. At checkout, you can enter the recipient’s email address and the gift card will be sent directly to them. • Does Fossil Farms sell gift cards?

  Yes, the gift cards we sell online are issued as an e-gift card to an e-mail. You'll receive a code that can be used to place an order online, or used at our retail store here in Boonton, NJ. • Do gift cards have an expiration date?

  Fossil Farms gift cards do not expire.

• How can I send a gift card as a gift?

  You can place an online order for an e-gift card, and also include a personalized note. Either enter your e-mail & forward it to the recipient, or enter the recipients e-mail at check-out. Our gift cards do not expire.

• How do I check the balance of my gift card?

  You can call us here in the office at 973-917-3155 and we can look it up for you!

• How do I use my e-gift card?

  When placing your online order, there is a section at check-out that states "Discount Code or Gift Card" where you can enter the 16-digit code. Once entered, press "Apply". If there is a remaining balance, you can use a credit card for payment.

• I lost my gift card! HELP!

• Will my recipient see prices on any paperwork included with the shipment?

  No, we never include pricing with shipped packages.
