• Can I add a message to my gift card?

  Yes! Once you purchase the gift card, you'll receive an email with the gift card details.  You can forward that email to the recipient along with whatever message you'd like, or you can print the gift card and put it in a letter or greeting card.

• Can I buy a gift card along with products in the same order?

  Yes, you can add both gift cards and products to your online order!

• Can I get a gift card instead of a refund?

  Absolutely! In the event we have to refund your order for any reason, you may request that refund in the form of an e-gift card!  The great thing about the e-gift cards is that they never expire!

• Can I get a refund for a Gift Card?

  We can only refund gift cards that have not been used.  We cannot refund partially used gift cards.  On the bright side, the gift cards never expire!

• Can I use a gift card with a sale or shipping promotion?

  Yes! you can use a gift card with any of our sales or promtions!

• Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?

  Yes! you can use as many gift cards to pay for your order as you would like.

• Can I use my e-gift card in the retail store?

  To you use e-gift card in the store, you'll need to bring the email containing the code to the store, and it can be converted to a store gift card.

• Can I use my physical gift card to buy something online?

  In order to use the gift card online, you must call customer service at 973-917-3155 to have it converted to an e-gift card.

• Can you mail Gift Cards?

  At the present time, we are not mailing physical gift cards.  You can send an e-gift card to anyone you would like!  Its quick and easy and the recipient will get it immediately. • Does Fossil Farms sell gift cards?

  Yes! The gift cards we sell online are issued as an e-gift card, which will be in the form of a code. You can send them directly to your recipient, or to yourself to gift at a later time. Purchase your e-gift card HERE We also sell physical gift cards at our Retail Store only.

• Do gift cards have an expiration date?

  Fossil Farms Gift Cards do not exprire!

• How can I send a gift card as a gift?

  You can place an online order for an e-gift card, and even write out a  note or message.  It will then be emailed directly to the recipient!

• How do I check the balance of my gift card?

  You can call us here in the office at 973-917-3155 and we can look it up for you!

• How do I use my e-gift card?

  When placing your online order, there is a section where you can enter the entire gift card number and it will then apply the amount to your order.  If you have a balance to pay, you can use a credit card for payment.

• I lost my gift card! HELP!

• Will my recipient see prices on any paperwork included with the shipment?

  No, we never include pricing with shipped packages.
