UPS lost my order!

Once a package has left our facility, it is the responsibility of UPS.  We can help you with locating the package as much as possible, so please give us a call in the office at 973-917-3155 or email us at customerservice@fossilfarms.com.  Include your order number, if possible.  If we are not able to locate the package, we will send a replacement shipment.
