How do you keep your products fresh or frozen when shipping?

Or products are shipped in a cooler box with ice bricks, ice mats and dry ice, which are intended to keep products cold for 48 hours.  Although most of our products are shipped frozen, some defrosting may occur during transit.  As long as your products are cold to the touch (40 degrees or colder, or as cold as coming out a refrigerator), even fully defrosted products are safe to consume or re-freeze for later use!
