Our products are shipped in an insulated recyclable cooler box with dry ice & ice bricks which are intended to keep products cold for 48 hours. Although most of our products are shipped frozen, some defrosting may occur during transit. Fully defrosted products are still safe to refreeze as long as they arrive below 40 degrees F (cold to the touch, feeling like they just came out of the fridge). This is because they are flash frozen upon production, which is a completely different freezing method than how grocery meat is processed.
